Your regular club night shouldn't need creating over and over. Set it once and PBTable lays out the whole term for you.

Players book from their phone and pay by card — and the money lands in your club's own account. No app to install, no cash tin, no chasing.

  • Members book from their phone — no app store, no install
  • Club wallet: members top up by card and the money goes straight to your club's own Stripe account — you're never out of pocket
  • Capacity, waitlist, and automatic promotion when someone drops out — the promoted member and the host are both emailed
